Can it be used nearby without WiFi?
Yes. Rasika Sync can be used nearby through Bluetooth. For long-distance control, WiFi/app connection is required.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Rasika Sync is designed to work with compatible iOS and Android devices through the app. Make sure your phone is updated and Bluetooth permissions are enabled during setup.
Is setup difficult?
No. Charge the device, open the app, pair Rasika Sync, and follow the setup guide. Most customers can set it up in a few minutes.
What should I do if the app does not connect?

Yes. Every Rasika Wellness order is shipped in plain outer packaging with no loud product details outside. Inside, you receive the premium Rasika packaging.
Will the product name appear on the outside package?
No. The outside package is kept discreet and does not reveal private product details.
How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
