We offer free shipping on prepaid orders, unless mentioned otherwise at checkout.

Cash on Delivery, expedited delivery, gift wrapping, or special shipping requests may be available at an additional cost, depending on your location and order type.

Order Processing Time

We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order is packed and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive tracking details through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is important to us.

All Rasika Wellness orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging. The outer package will not reveal the product details, product category, or any sensitive information related to your purchase.

Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Package

We take great care while packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of the shipping label

  • An unboxing video, if available

If you notice any signs of tampering before opening the parcel, we strongly recommend recording a video before opening the package.

This helps us raise the issue with the courier partner and provide the best possible resolution.

Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your tracking shows that the order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation.

Courier Delays

Rasika Wellness works with trusted third-party courier services. While we do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not directly responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.

However, our support team will always assist you and coordinate with the courier partner wherever possible to help get your order delivered as soon as possible.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting our support team before placing the order.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If the customer refuses to accept the order after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return/non-acceptance case. In such cases, return shipping charges, RTO charges, or handling charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing the order.

Rasika Wellness will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If you need to update your address or contact details, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is packed or dispatched.
