At Rasika Wellness, your privacy, comfort, and satisfaction matter to us. Every product is carefully checked, packed, and quality-tested before dispatch to ensure it reaches you safely and in proper working condition.
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions mentioned below.

Return Eligibility
A product may be eligible for return only if:

All accessories, manuals, charging cable, warranty card, and packaging items are included

The product is not damaged, tampered with, or used by the customer
Because our products are personal wellness products, we cannot accept returns if the item has been opened, used, partially used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Product packaging is damaged by the customer

Product is missing accessories or original packaging

Product is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, water damage, wrong charging adapter, or improper care

Reverse Pickup & Courier Charges
If your return is approved, reverse pickup courier charges may be applicable.
For eligible returns, the refundable amount may be adjusted after deducting:

Forward shipping charges, if applicable

Reverse pickup courier charges

COD charges, if applicable

Gift wrapping charges, if applicable

Handling charges, wherever applicable
If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, we may request you to ship the product back to our warehouse. In such cases, we may reimburse up to ₹250 towards shipping charges after receiving a valid courier receipt. Any amount above ₹250 will have to be covered by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a quality inspection.
Returns are usually received and inspected within 7–10 business days.
If the product passes inspection and meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, after deducting applicable charges.
You may also choose to receive the refund as a Rasika Wellness store credit voucher or gift card, which can be used for future purchases.
Refund Timeline
Once the refund is approved and initiated, it usually takes 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
The exact timeline may depend on your bank, payment provider, or payment method.
For COD orders, we may require your bank account details to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been packed, shipped, or dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the Order Has Already Been Shipped
If your order has already been dispatched and you no longer want it, you can refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process the refund after deducting applicable courier/RTO charges.
If the Parcel Has Been Accepted
If you have already accepted the parcel, you may still request a return only if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Return courier charges will apply in such cases.
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Tampered Package
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If you notice any signs of tampering before opening the package, please record a video before opening it. This helps us raise the issue with the courier partner and resolve it faster.
Warranty Policy
Rasika Wellness offers a 100-day warranty on eligible electronic wellness devices, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or product malfunctions that occur under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Exclusions
Warranty will not apply in the following cases:

Water damage caused by improper use, unless the product is specifically marked waterproof

Product opened, repaired, or modified by the customer or third party

Replacement Policy
If your warranty claim is approved, a replacement unit of the same product will be sent to your address.

Orders Purchased from Third-Party Marketplaces
For products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, or any other external platform, refunds will not be processed by Rasika Wellness.
However, if the product has a valid warranty issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit as per our warranty policy.
For all third-party marketplace orders, a valid purchase invoice in PDF, PNG, or JPG format is mandatory. Warranty or replacement requests cannot be processed without a valid invoice.
Gift Card Purchases
If a product purchased using a gift card is returned or approved for warranty resolution, it will not be eligible for a cash refund.
In such cases, we may offer:
